RETURN POLICY
Sure is Sharp offers an exchange and returns policy for all its items. If you purchased an item and you think you are not satisfied with it for any reason, you can return it to us for an exchange with another item for 14 days. You should contact us immediately after you receive your shipment and inform us about your intention to return, and the reason behind it for our records. The item/s MUST be returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items returned later than 14 days are subject to be rejected for exchange. Returned items must be 100% damage-free, complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, accessories, and documentation provided by Sure is Sharp. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss and damage. Please use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Sure is Sharp has the right to inspect the item returned for any damages, which may have been caused while in possession of the buyer. Such items will be exempted from any exchange.

If a Sure is Sharp product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Sure is Sharp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Sure is Sharp will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
