At Sure is Sharp, our goal is to return your tools to you sharper and smoother than they were when they were new; we achieve this with our knowledge and the best sharpening tools on the market. We also educate hairstylists, barbers, and groomers so they can make the right decisions about their tools.

We sharpen at Sure is Sharp Headquarters in Amsterdam, New York whether you drop them off to us or use our mail-order sharpening service (see below for turn-around times).

We specialize in sharpening two things: scissors and clipper blades. Because we specialize in these two tools, we can concentrate and master our sharpening for our customers; this is really what sets Sure is Sharp ahead of other sharpeners.

We are also an official distributor of hairstylist, barber, and groomer shears and clipper blades. We have our own line of shears and clipper blades; you can check them all out on the shop page. If there is something you are looking for and don’t see on our website, please email us at info@sureissharp.com and we will do our very best to find what you need. There is no need to use anyone else for sharpening or purchasing shears or blades, because we do it all. We are very proud of our work, and our customer service is unbeatable.
